Jason was friendly and knowledgeable and worked diligently to get us the best offer. He took the time to clearly answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the process.

Great service just took a while to complete.
Very prompt at returning calls and keeping me updated. Up until closing, everything was smooth. Closing however, could use some fine tuning. I feel taking six days ( five full business days ) after date of close to fund a loan is unreasonable, compared to my previous cash out refinance which took 3.5 business days to fund. Overall however, New American Funding team did a great job in the successful refinance of my home.
