I had the pleasure of working with JeanCarlos on refinancing my home. He was helpful and offered his knowledge in giving me different options base all my questions I brought up with different scenarios. I might have confused him a tad at the beginning on what exactly I wanted, with a friendly reminder to him, we got on the same page. He was honest about the process during this pandemic.
