Very disappointed in this place. Came in to buy flowers for my mom before going back home. Nobody greeted me. Nobody tried to help me. When I did ask someone for help all they did was tell me how much the flowers cost even though there are big signs already displaying that information. I asked what I could combine them with, not the price, thank you very much. My mom lives in the Tampa area so I wanted to send her flowers on her birthday. I found Jennies and the website said same day delivery if the order was placed before 12:00 noon. They were a little higher than other websites but decided since it was same day to purchase them. They did not deliver same day even though the email confirmation said it would deliver. Then when I called the didn't even have them scheduled for the next day and what they told me was they don't deliver to where my mom lives. That would have been nice ... read more

"That's It". No more Jennies Flowers for me or my love ones. Arrangements are not lasting, expensive and lack creativity/imagination.

I have never been so disappointed by a flower company. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday 4 weeks ago and today, the day of her birthday, I get a call saying they are not in stock. They had 4 weeks to fix this mistake. I found their costumer service beyond unprofessional. They did nothing to fix this mistake. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Unfortunately, you inadvertently discovered a flaw in the website that is developed by a 3rd party. The product you ordered is not accessible anywhere on our site except through a flaw in the search bar. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Completely dropped the ball on my anniversary flowers for my wife. I ordered online with a valid CC and all good information. I called the day of delivery and verified the order. They said everything was good and would be delivered that morning. By 1:30 the flowers still weren't there so I called again. My husband ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day, delivered on Friday morning. By Sunday morning, they were already wilting, brown, and drooping. The arrangement was quite large and really beautiful, but not even being able to enjoy it for a week, let alone through the weekend? Really disappointed and don't think I want flowers from this establishment again.

I ordered 3 different flowers for my Grandma's funeral. I was very disappointed, most of the flowers were wilted, dry and browning on the edges.

My boyfriend tried to order me flowers for Valentine's Day from Jennie's. He ordered well in advance as he is out of the country on business this week. I did not receive the flowers on Valentine's Day despite him receiving an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered at 7:30 pm, well after my office building closes. They were not at my office when I arrived this morning so I asked around the office building to make sure they weren't delivered to the wrong location since they were supposedly delivered after hours.... read more
