The flowers are beautiful but the customer service is terrible! I chose Jennie's as the florist for my wedding. I was specific with what I wanted in person and by email, and also received the invoice which stated I wanted a cascading bouquet. My flowers were absolutely beautiful, the arch was so pretty, bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous, and the boutonnières were perfect. But I did not receive the cascading bridal bouquet I asked for. I received a lovely plant from my colleagues as a retirement gift. It included an orchid and a greenery plant. On the third day, I realized the orchid has two stalks with sticks holding them straight up, however, one of the stalks was either cut or broken off. Not sure if it broke in transit or what but there was a stick holding up a stalk with nothing on it, so I feel I got short-changed. Just wanted to post an update. I was contacted the day after I posted my review by Kevin who said he would look into the situation, but I've had no further contact from Kevin. Again, the final product was beautiful, it just wasn't delivered same day to the children's hospital and it required multiple follow up phone calls by me to make certain that what I ordered and was billed for actually arrived for my loved one. Product was nice, service was horrible.

Far and away one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Here is why: 1) Ordered an arrangement online for a special landmark birthday party. Turns out the flowers in questions were not in any way shape or form available, yet were still offered on the website. 2) I placed my order 4 business days before delivery to insure any issues could be resolved early. Very disappointed in the last few arrangements. My fiancé sent a dozen rose they all drooped after 4 days. Called and complained said I would get a small discount on next order. The attached photos are an arrangement that arrived Nov. 21st at the end of the day by the 23rd they started dropping. I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone. I was sent "Birthday" flowers and they looked like something straight from Home Depot. I called and asked for them to be picked back up . what an embarrassment, people paid good money for lousy looking and dead flowers.
