Frustrated with Jennie's--they did not have the selection I picked online, and called me and said they did not have flowers in my price range and would have to charge me more money for upgraded flowers. I am fine with paying for flowers, but the ones that I picked out and at my price range. If you can't deliver what you promised me in my order, at least offer a complimentary upgrade even if it is minimal. Don't make the customer pay for your inability to meet demand!
Honestly, I've purchased flowers from the side of road/Wal-Mart/grocery stores that were prettier and lasted longer than Jennie's Flowers (and way less expensive). And to top it all off... Jennie's Flowers is managed by employees (and a manager named Pat Martinez) that don't have an ounce of empathy or customer service skills. I am honestly confused as to how they stay in business (except that the new owners McCarthy Florists) are still riding on the coat tails of the original owners. I'll never set foot in that place again. The people are rude, delivery is slow and did not deliver the flowers that I ordered...total rip off!
