Jeremy and Brittany were so amazing to work with! They helped us every step of the way as we worked on getting approved for our dream vacation home. Jeremy had great advice for us to help put ourselves in the best position to get the lowest rate possible. There was no question (and I had LOTS of them) that he couldn't answer. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the loan process and real estate in general and beyond that, he and Brittany are just really nice people.

Jeremy and Brittany did an excellent job on the purchase of our new home. This is our 3rd purchase of a home and every time I ONLY use Jeremy and Brittany. They take time to make sure you are getting the best rate and deal possible for your home. Jeremy takes time to explain the numbers in detail and Brittany explains all the paperwork in detail to ensure a smooth closing. The service, communication, and ease of transaction is amazing. Do yourself a favor and just call them first, you will not be sorry.

We had an incredible experience with Jeremy and Brittany! We are first time homebuyers and they made the experience so easy and smooth for us. From the get-go they were on the ball getting things done for us. Every step of the way was explained about what was going on and what was expected of us. Jeremy was very helpful from day one. He was able to get a pre-approval done for us the same day we were to go look at a house. He was undoubtedly knowledgeable in which type of loans we should pursue, and the loan process was extremely simple and unpainful! Loan process began only a few weeks sgo with 30 day closing time and we see closing 10 days early! Amazing communication and i can reach Jeremy & Brittany anytime with questions! I can not say enough great things about them

I have worked with Jeremy for 10 years between purchases and refinances. He is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. He has always been honest and realistic with me every time I have come to him. The loan process went quick and smooth. Not alot of documentation was required. The office kept me informed. I liked the status email from MM that showed the phases on the loan. I thought this was a very quick process - especially compared to banks that take 45-60 days. MM got it done in a couple of weeks.

Jeremy and his team made things as painless as possible in the process of buying a home. Between the time of offer acceptance and the closing, less than 60 days transpired.
