Jeremy was my mortgage broker when I bought my first home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeremy always does an awesome job with my clients. The reason I put him down as a 4 on the responsiveness is because sometimes his assistant will call me back, but it is always very quickly either by Jeremy or his staff.
