The loan process went quick and smooth. Not alot of documentation was required. The office kept me informed. I liked the status email from MM that showed the phases on the loan. I thought this was a very quick process - especially compared to banks that take 45-60 days. MM got it done in a couple of weeks.

Jeremy and his team made things as painless as possible in the process of buying a home. Between the time of offer acceptance and the closing, less than 60 days transpired. This office was "on their game" - knowledgeable and quick to respond to my many questions. Don't hesitate to contact them. :) We're homeowners again!

Jeremy and his assistant Brittany were professional, friendly and great to work with during the purchase of our new home. The process was timely from start to finish. I highly recommend them in financing the purchase of a home.

That is simply it. This process was so easy that it all happened so fast. There was no time for second guessing because I was walked through every part of the way. There were no surprises (except the property taxes going up .43!!) but that is something we can't control! My experience with Jeremy and Brittany was awesome. I thought this process was going to be a pain. I had a friend go through the home buying process at the same time. He started 5 weeks earlier than me, and was done at the same time. Jeremy and Brittany made everything so easy, and responded super fast to every question I had, no matter how silly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Jeremy and Brittney are amazing. Yes,buying a house is stressful,but they make it run so smoothly. They will go out of their way tho find the best loan for your needs. I can't say enough how pleased I was with Jeremy.
