That is simply it. This process was so easy that it all happened so fast. There was no time for second guessing because I was walked through every part of the way. There were no surprises (except the property taxes going up .43!!) but that is something we can't control! My experience with Jeremy and Brittany was awesome. I thought this process was going to be a pain. I had a friend go through the home buying process at the same time. He started 5 weeks earlier than me, and was done at the same time. Jeremy and Brittany made everything so easy, and responded super fast to every question I had, no matter how silly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Jeremy and Brittney are amazing. Yes,buying a house is stressful,but they make it run so smoothly. They will go out of their way tho find the best loan for your needs. I can't say enough how pleased I was with Jeremy.

If you want to buy a house save yourself some time and contact Jeremy Asap. He help my wife and I get our dream home. He made a difficult process easy. Jeremy kept us in the loop and when an issue came up he walked us through step by step how to fix it. Buying a house is never stress free but its alot less stressful working with Jeremy and the MIG team.

Working with Jeremy was the most seamless loan experience I have ever had. I am a 1st time home buyer and Jeremy made it seem easy. He walked me thru everything step by step. I had a couple glitches in the beginning and instead of giving up and walking away he helped to solve the minor issues and make sure I was able to buy my dream home .
