Everything from the start to the end. First, it started with a builder referral and a Sunday text message followed with a phone call with Joe on the same Sunday. Then Ryan took over briefly and speedily and guided us through the application process, then Haley followed up consistently and professionally through the documents phase, the underwriter did his/her job in a timely fashion.
