Jeremy and 'The Team' communicated extremely well. They kept us on task and helped us complete everything we needed. Requests for duplicate items were at a minimum and as someone who has had several home loans in the past, I really appreciated that. The only area I see that could use improvement is clear instruction on when, and how to pay the payment after closing.
