I could not have made it through the process without the hand holding that Jim did for me every step of the way. Jim gets the job done! He makes sure everyone is connected and in communication regarding the steps of the loan. He answers his phone or returns messages in a timely manner. He explains the loan process so that all parties understand from first time buyers to agents with challenging math skills!
