Jim is absolutely incredible! He was very knowledgeable and patient in walking me through the home buying process. As a first time buyer I had very little understanding of the whole process but Jim was great at breaking it down each step of the way and making it feel not too daunting. In short Jim is some sort of numbers wizard and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
