Jim was the Loan Officer when I first purchased the home. Since then, I have used Jim to re-finance the home twice, now. He is very helpful, patient, and non-aggressive. Through my experience with Him, he always made time to be sure I understood everything he communicated with me. He was never in a rush during our conversations. Jim is a fantastic lender, he will put your mind at ease when you go through him! We have used him multiple times and we won’t ever use another lender!!
