Our experience with Big Valley Mortgage was very good. It was a pleasure to work with Jim. He was always responsive and very good at communicating with me. He almost always answered the phone directly. Of the 1 or 2 occasions I reached his voicemail he returned the call right away. The fees were exactly what he had told us with no surprises at closing.
