We've used Jim for our initial mortgage, first refi, and now a second refi. He's really been great to work with as well as the staff at Big Valley Mortgage. Jim has made the process very easy for my wife and me, and he's always been available by phone or email for any questions we've had. I would highly recommend Jim for all your mortgage needs.
