Jim went above and beyond with our loan and the problems that came up. He kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up next in the process. He was even able to ensure we got our keys Friday on the eve of a 3 day weekend where I know people are not thinking about work but the fun they will have that weekend. For the second time I used Jim Crawford to refinance my conventional loan to a VA loan. The first time I had to move quickly and did not have time to get a VA loan so he got my conventional loan done in less than 30 days and made it possible for me to move out when I needed to into a new home. The second time he had to jump through hoops on fire, and so did I, to make the VA Loan happen.
