I had a great visit
I've seen Dr. Shen for 5 years now and I couldn't find any better ENT doctor that is caring, compassionate, take time to listen and answer my questions than Dr Shen. She also performed Balloon sinuplasty procedure on my nose and Im so glad I went to her for that. It was painless and quick recovery but most importantly, I can breath much better now. Sinus allergy had been reduced significantly. I highly recommend Dr. Shen to everyone who needs ENT doctor. Thanks Dr Shen for being a great doctor.

I saw Dr. Shen today for same day appointment for ear discomfort/ear wax (a recurrent problem). She saw me about 2 minutes after nurse talked to me and had me immediately go to ear microscope. Definitely most gentle of all ENTs I have seen. Very pleasant as his staff. Office is run efficiently, but show up early to do computer entry of your personal data. Highly recommended!
