Dr. Shen is a very caring and knowledgeable Otolaryngologist. She took a lot of time listening to my history and my concerns regarding my medical history. I would highly recommend Dr. Shen for diagnosing and treatment of your ENT problems.
I found Dr. Shen and her staff to be friendly, helpful and patient. Dr. Shen answered all of my questions (of which I had many), performed the necessary diagnostic tests, and thoroughly reviewed and explained the results with me. While I do not like going to the doctor, should a need arise I will definitely chose Dr. Shen again, and would recommend her to anyone needing a ENT doctor. The scheduling of the appointment was easy and the wait once I arrived was minimal.
Dr. Shen and all her staff are very professional and extremely caring. She takes the time to carefully explain problems and procedures.
Dr Shen is probably about the best doctor I have ever been to. She is thorough is her diagnosis and spends all the time necessary with her patients.

I've suffered from allergies my whole life. Visiting Dr. Shen provided me with knowledge of prevention and treatment to make my allerigies more tolerable and less severe! Great bedside manner and kind nurses makes you feel welcome. Do expect to wait a few minutes- every appointment I've had were about a 30 minute wait after my scheduled time. However, I am definitely returning and would recommend in a heartbeat.
I find Dr. Shen to be excellent. She is very attentive to my concerns. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, make thorough evaluation, and provides me thorough explanation of recommendations with which to move forward. I really like, and more importantly, trust Dr. Shen. I highly recommend Dr. Shen for your ENT concerns.
Explain in detail, very good listening to small details and willing to answer's, positive personality. Pleased with my surgery results, thanks to Dr. Shen Dr.Shen nurse very helpful, doing very good job.
Doctor Shen did an amazing job with me. Her and the Entire ENT staff at the ENT Clinic at the memorial location were all wonderful!! This is my second time seeing Doctor Shen in five years and after all these years, she has done a wonderful job as always! I highly recommend Dr. Shen to everyone! :-).
