Dr. Shen was very through and explained what she will be doing next during the procedure that was performed on me. She’s even sending a culture out to make sure what kind of antibiotic would work best for what I have. The staff, especially her nurse, were awesome. Total visit was one hour (from appt time) for all that was done.
Great doctor with an incredible caring and happy attitude! I would recommend dr. Shen to anyone! I made an appointment same day, was seen immediately and am on the mend!

I would recommend Dr. Shen to anyone needing an ENT. Dr. Shen is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything and beyond. She addressed all my concerns thoroughly. I learned more from Dr. Shen than from any other ENT I’ve seen. Excellent bedside manners, very pleasant and professional.

My experience visiting Dr. Shen was excellent. She was informative, explained my issues in terms I could understand and formulated a plan to address these issues. Best of all, Dr. Shen took the time to go through each step and did not rush as many doctors do. a real pleasure.
