I've worked with J&M for years. I've just been seeing some negative reviews off one silly mistake, all I can say is, that this is the first time I've seen anything like that done by them, and you guys can relax. Joel, the owner, is very honest and CARES about his work and customers. He WILL take care of the issue, and the person who did it, and this does NOT need to blow up at all. We had never used this company before, called to see if they could replace some whirlybirds on our house. They weren’t sure if they would make it there on the same day or the next day. They showed up less than 2 hours after I called. The guy who called to ask permission to gain access to the yard and roof was very courteous! They ended up just repairing it and no charge! Awesome, courteous, prompt and great customer satisfaction! Will call this company in the future if we need work and definitely recommend them!!! Thank you!... read more
