I've just been seeing some negative reviews off one silly mistake, all I can say is, that this is the first time I've seen anything like that done by them, and you guys can relax. Joel, the owner, is very honest and CARES about his work and customers. He WILL take care of the issue, and the person who did it, and this does NOT need to blow up at all.
