I have worked with J&M on many projects over the years. They are an amazing group of guys to work with and a great company to work along side with. Joel and his team work very hard to make sure projects are done right and to customer satisfaction.
Every time I had questions they were answered promptly. They were most helpful and were very quick and efficient
I've worked with J&M for years. I've just been seeing some negative reviews off one silly mistake, all I can say is, that this is the first time I've seen anything like that done by them, and you guys can relax. Joel, the owner, is very honest and CARES about his work and customers. He WILL take care of the issue, and the person who did it, and this does NOT need to blow up at all. J & M did a full shingle job and eavestrough job to my house,,they were professional from start to finish.I would not hesitate getting them again.
We had never used this company before, called to see if they could replace some whirlybirds on our house. They weren’t sure if they would make it there on the same day or the next day. They showed up less than 2 hours after I called. The guy who called to ask permission to gain access to the yard and roof was very courteous! They ended up just repairing it and no charge!
