We had never used this company before, called to see if they could replace some whirlybirds on our house. They weren’t sure if they would make it there on the same day or the next day. They showed up less than 2 hours after I called. The guy who called to ask permission to gain access to the yard and roof was very courteous! They ended up just repairing it and no charge! RecommendedThey have absolutely terrible customer service after the job is complete. I had an issue and it took multiple phone calls for someone to come by (a couple months!). Then I was called with what the inspector had seen and was told I would get a call back on an agreed upon date and never did. if you're looking for a company that stands by their word and is easy to deal with after they've gotten your business LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

RecommendedThe customer service was great while they were negotiating for my business but the follow up to an issue I found was near impossible to deal with. They hardly returned calls and I needed to call multiple times to get a response. They would say that they would call back on a certain date and never did. I got fed up and stopped trying
Horrible experience. After the crew was sent out to do roof repairs we learned they failed to do the job properly the first time. Called them and they came back a second time and again, did not do the job they were sent to do. Replaced brown shingles with white shingles and stated it was not there crew( only crew on the roof doing repairs since buying the house and we have an inspection report with photos showing no white shingles). Got a leak a week after they left, they did fix it. Afew years later shingles falling and sliding off. Were told they were not nailed in properly . Have had another roofer do a patch for me. Called Michael at J&M and he was rude and blamed my house. All kinds of excuses. I wouldn't have bothered calling him but if a roofer had to keep coming back it would be expensive. They did a crap job on my cousin's roof, specifically the corners. Looks like a 1st grader trying to paper maché. Please make it right, like you said you would! I call bull that this is the new "gold standard".
