Joe Cools was able to get us in the same day while other’s availability was days away - for that we were even more grateful, or lucky - call it what you want. We were fortunate enough to get Oscar to diagnose our problem and also have him as our tech to fix the issue the next day. He was helpful, clean, courteous and efficient We’d go back to Joe Cools in a heartbeat- we just hope we don’t need them anytime soon.
