omg 100 stars for Joe cools! my AC wasn't cooling and of course it was the day before a holiday, Brenda was able to squeeze me last min and in all the way in San Marcos! Joseph is the one who came out. Even though it was past 7:30 he had a smile, was super helpful, polite and willing to explain and answer any questions we had.
