We had a fan motor that was making horrible noises. We called Joe Cools the next day and they came out to see what the issue was. They ordered the part in and returned the following day to get it replaced and working smoothly and quietly once again. Joe Cools is quick, reliable and honest. They are awesome!! The best service and prices in town! I totally recommend my grandfather is 89 years old and his AC went out during the hottest time of the summer, joe cools went out of there way after business hours to help him get it fixed. I will never forget this thank you.

omg 100 stars for Joe cools! my AC wasn't cooling and of course it was the day before a holiday, Brenda was able to squeeze me last min and in all the way in San Marcos! Joseph is the one who came out. Even though it was past 7:30 he had a smile, was super helpful, polite and willing to explain and answer any questions we had.
