Outstanding service by Joe Cools! Francisco made two trips to our rural area. On his first visit, he checked everything, added freon and recommended replacing the fan motor and capacitor, and switched out our thermostat. On the second trip, he replaced those parts in under 30 mins. Our AC is now fully operational! Thank you!

Joe Cools A/C was recommended to us, and we’ve used them for maintenance on our A/C unit this past year. Our 17 year old unit has previously been inspected and passed the service inspections, yet today, when John entered the house, he noticed that the unit wasn’t efficiently cooling our home. Further inspection found some leaks, rust and loss of Freon in our unit.
