RecommendedTech was ahead of schedule and asked permission to arrive early. He thoroughly checked the heating system and made sure thermostat was registering temperature correctly. When checking for carbon monoxide he offered to also check the stove and water heater.
My Tech was Fransico. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough and I felt he took his time checking and going over everything and was not in a rush(like most companies). As for the price,very reasonable and cheaper than my previous company (Tri-County). Overall I'm a satisfied customer and will be using them going further.

Install went well. Joe told me employees were going to work on the inside and that the inside was going to be done by 2 pm, when we opened for business. Joe Cools A/C & Heating are fantastic. We had a problem with the upstairs A/C at my parents home. We are trying to get the house sold. Joe Cools came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and had it resolved quickly and reasonably. We highly recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs.
Francisco did a wonderful job getting our ac working again! Very courteous and professional, and I can usually call with the issue and they are out the next day.
