Food was very good and our server Jonny was very nice. However, we had an unusual initial interaction with the hostess. We had a confirmed reservation on the patio for 7.15pm. We arrived at 7.11pm and were asked if we definitely wanted the patio as there would be a 20-25 minute wait. When I said we had a reservation I was met with a confused face and had to restate that we had a 7.15pm reservation for the patio. Service and food was excellent. We had to wait for our table even though we had a reservation but they gave us complimentary champagne while we waited so it was fine. Plus we only waited a couple minutes. We had a small issue at one point and the server gave great customer service and we left very happy. Love the food here and happy hour has great deals

Me and my friends had a great experience at JOEY Burrard. Our server was named Ada and she took such good care of us. The manager Kelsey also introduced herself and brought over a cheese cake at the beginning of our experience to taste, which made our time there feel extra special. It was my friends birthday and shes gluten free and Ada made sure to bring out a gluten free dessert for her at the end of our meal, and even packed it to go when we explained that we were full.
