We always make a point of visiting Joey Burrard whenever we’re in Vancouver, and it never disappoints! As always, the food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. A special thank you to Kelsey, who was absolutely fabulous. She made us feel so welcome and took excellent care of us throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Vancouver!

I am amending my previous review which was critical of the service we received on Sunday night. The follow-up from the manager and manager’s boss made me realize that this restaurant puts a premium on customer service. It is obvious that when Joey Burrard does not meet its high standards they want to make it up to the customer. Their service must match their delectable food options.
