We were seated quickly and greeted warmly. I explained that I could not have lactose and my waiter was very attentive to that issue. He made good suggestions about the menu and items that I could have. When I chose my dessert he explained there was a chance it might contain dairy. Therefore, giving me the option of having it, or not.
