Birthday lunch for my wife at our regular happy hour spot which ended up being a total disaster. The server was completely incompetent and disappeared after taking our order. My wife ordered a glass of white wine which was lukewarm as though the bottle of been sitting outside the whole day. The bar manager or the manager couldn’t figure out who she was made all kinds of excuses and then finally came out and said that their fridge is broken. Seem lecture is making things up as my wife would ask questions totally unbelievable.
We did have to wait 40 minutes to the food to come out overall. However the food was great but the service was terrible. We constantly had to ask people to refill our drinks from other servers walking by. Our server only checked up on us at the end. She had a hard time to even give me my receipt. I waited till I realize she wasn't coming back. I went up to her at the end and she clearly forgot. Honestly just terrible service.
Had come for the leafs game. Had reserved seats at the bar. When we had arrived I confirmed that we had seats at the bar. They confirmed. We were told we would have wait 30 mins despite our reservation. Again no issue. We after waiting 30 minutes were taking to the dining area with no access to the game. The staff were stand offish. I would not go there again.
One of the dishes was off and made one of my guests feel ill which turned me off my meal as well. Hard way to impress and woo a new client.
The service was horrible. The staff seemed entitled. One waitress reached over me to hand a hot plate to the person sitting next to me. Steak for another guest was overcooked. Drinks took much too long to arrive. We will not return to that location.
Too noisy, and the waiter was too busy, service was bad.
Server was SLOOOOOOOOooooow. Waited forever for drinks, food slow to come out, dessert the same. Food was excellent but just painful service. Nicola was our server.
I found the wait and the experience entirely unsatisfactory. This needs to be rectified in the future. The food was very good when it arrived however our entire party was upset with the time it took to get our food.
