Extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the food was horrendous. It came out cold and without flavour. The service was terrible. Had to ask multiple times for the same thing, something as simple as cutlery/utensils/someone to clear empty plates. Even our espressos came out cold. Maybe the food and the coffee wouldn’t come out cold if the servers were attentive rather than being on their phones. And then I’m expected to pay minimum 18% tip? For what? Service was horrible, felt completely ignored the whole night and attitude was constantly given by multiple staff. Mentioned it was for a birthday dinner, presents were on the table, and staff had not mentioned anything; although other tables received birthday treatment.
The manager ignored us while we waited for table reserved. Poor judgement was deployed causing my entire family with kids and a senior to wait unprecedentedly. When we finally get the table there was a leak from the roof where star dripped on us. When advised of this situation there was absolutely no concession made for us. I made the reservation about a week ago and when Icgotcthere m6 table was not ready. I waited roughly 19 to 15 minutes to be seated which ade 0 sense and it was very noisy
Out 8:30 reservation were not ready ,went to bar orders drinks ,we were told to sit at the bar where it was tight between all other customers ,we chose not to a d sat on the party table (long) in front of bar (bar tender acknowledged us there ). Manager comes to us to force us to pay for the drinks because we’re not sitting at the bar.
