We waited over an hour for our dinner to be served even though we place our entire order: wine, salad, entree the moment our server came to our table and there were only two of us. For a dinner that cost almost $300 - you’d expect better service.
It was a disappointing experience to celebrate my birthday. Not only did I traveled to New Port beach but also got to spend it with my family. Upon checking in with a reservation, I was told I had to wait until my scheduled reservation time to check in. After standing for 10 mins, I was then offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Once we got seated, no one checked in on us for a while until I waved someone down. We had a nice time. Dinner started with complimentary glass of champagne. Service was excellent. The food was very good had the steak with ravioli and shrimp it had a lot of flavor. I would definitely return.

JOEY was perfect for birthday lunch with girlfriends! Seated outside, champagne, great service, delicious poke bowl and Mediterranean bowl, cozy heaters. It was bustling but not too loud. Staff were very hospitable. will definitely go back!

We got there and they offered complimentary sparkling wine which was a nice welcome. I think we just got bad luck maybe we where we were sat and also with our server. We sat on the patio. Our server greeted us, took our appetizer order but didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. She walked away. She walked hy again and I got her attention and asked for a gin cocktail.
