I hosted a small 70th birthday for a girlfriend. I like the booths against the side wall. Comfortable and good for conversation. I always like Joey’s for the free champagne upon arrival (festive!) the menu and the service. I frequent the one in Manhattan Beach for happy hour and occasionally go to the one in Fashion Island for lunch.

I've been to Joey many times, but last night, the food wasn't great. Only 1/3 of us enjoyed our meals, which for a group of non-picky eaters, was surprising.
Our first time at Newport Beach location and was privileged to have been served by Chasta. Very informative about menu and everything about Joey’s. She highly recommended truffle ramen pasta for more and it did not disappoint, as well as the butter cake for dessert. We very much enjoyed our dining experience at Joey’s Newport Beach.

Great contemporary American food with tasty Asian elements, friendly and attentive service. I recommend to sit on the patio if possible.

My family had a fantastic dinner at Joey this past evening. Our server, Lizzie, was phenomenal and provided some great recommendations along with very attentive service. Food and ambience were spot on as well.
Our 24th year anniversarry was such a great experience here at Joey Newport Beach. Elizabeth our server gave us impeccable customer service experience. The food is tasty and drinks are unique and refreshing. Thank you Elizabeth, thank you Joey Newport Beach we will definitely come back here often.
