We’ve been to this restaurant several times and usually really enjoy coming here for date nights. Unfortunately, our experience last Sunday was noticeably different from what we’ve come to expect. In the past, we’ve always been warmly greeted at check-in, often with a glass of sparkling wine, and the hostesses have been friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had such a lovely lunch out on the patio! My salmon salad was perfect and the service here is just always so exceptional. From beginning to end, I felt very taken care of in a genuine way. Chasta, our server,  was on point and did a fantastic job with us. A+ all around!

JOEY Newport Beach is always a fantastic dining experience. Our favorite item on the menu is the Seared Salmon Sushi—it's simple, fresh, beautifully presented, and packs a surprising kick of flavor. The wine list is excellent, with a great selection of Sauvignon Blancs to choose from. The atmosphere is lively, energetic, and almost club-like, which makes for a fun night out. Just be prepared for a bit of noise. Overall, a great spot for excellent food, drinks, and a vibrant dining experience. You won't be disappointed.
