Takes too long to get anything, for example, asking for hot sauce and took 30min to get it. Also, too long of gap between appetizers and main. In addition, we weren't able to get any dessert bc there was black out intermittently. Also, serving was too delayed. Server was too busy to get anything. Need to catch their attention between. They us sit at the corner spot where all the plates and noise clutter lot. Excellent for a romantic night. Service is good. Drinks are good. I liked the ambiance. A bit overpriced though.

Was greeted with such a kind warm welcome by Lilah!! The ladies at the front gave us free prosecco and seated us efficiently. Jana was our server who was so amazing. And Rubina ensured all service was going smoothly. Thank you so much for all the amazing service! I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone

The food was very good like always, we were seated on the second level of the restaurant, which was nice and quiet. Our server was good. My only critique was that I sent the restaurant a message over a week ago regarding a request and my message was never read. And there was no follow up when we arrived there. But overall we still had a good experience
Great food, friendly staff and amazing vibe! The lobster spaghetti was the bomb 😋

Food was really good, we had to wait for almost half an hour to get a table even though we had pre booked. The drinks were taking longer time to get to the table.
Great service, delicious and well presented food! Yana's service was amazing!
We had a group do 5. One had a walker and they were excellent at finding a table perfect for him … room to put the walker beside him, not too far a walk for him. Helpful at the front door on a winter day. And the food & service were excellent all round. Haven’t been here for a couple of years but just as good as it was then.

We celebrated our anniversary at JOEY Sherway, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. It was our first time dining there, and it definitely won’t be our last.
