Overall we had a nice experience. The waitress was friendly and patient, it wasn't overly loud in the bar area and food tasted great. The gesture of bringing a cheesecake bite was a really thoughtful gesture for OpenTable customers. Overall great experience and will definitely be visiting again.
Overall great food as usual. My only complaint is the one I have with most restaurants: why are the seats never properly cleaned? Every time we’re seated to a table, some of the seating area or chairs have food/crumbs on it, immediately spoiling the experience before even beginning the meal. Why would anyone want to sit on dirty seats? Not to mention this is heavy coat weather and there’s nowhere else to put our coats but on the seat. The food was absolutely delicious. Our group each ordered something different and everything tasted perfect, generous portions, presented beautifully and hot! Our server was Aryana and she was truly fantastic. She gave us refills continuously on our soda drinks, she was really pleasant which made our experience even better! It’s really important for the server to check on their guests and she did so professionally. We all look forward to coming back again to Joey’s Sherway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight. Our server, Grace, was outstanding & the food was delicious! Always a favourite destination of ours when we go to Sherway Gardens Mall.

Wonderful dining experience at JOEY Sherway. Steak was cooked perfectly and we adore the blackened chicken.

Our experience at Joey’s was not the best. My Son had to return his meal as the pasta was clumpy. One order they brought the wrong food so he had to wait longer to get his meal. They did bring him fries while he waited. The service was very slow. They did their best but we were not pleased on how long it took to get our food. The espressos were cold. So it will not be a place I would return to for a Saturday lunch.
We had a reservation for 7 people specifically for the lounge area at JOEY Sherway. When we arrived, we were told the lounge was already booked because they had accepted walk-ins, and we were offered the dining area instead. After some discussion about our reservation, they eventually allowed us to sit in the lounge. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed. We love the food, ambiance and service. I just wished there’s a lower level washroom for those who have knee problem like me.

It was so incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Utensils not provided when meals served. The server was very personable but the supporting staff seemed a bit off. Also, the entrance became so busy that it was not easy to exit. Such a grand space, too bad the hostess area is so cramped and crowded
