Excellent service. The staff is so well trained and professional and attentive. We were greeted by Tara, one of the managers, and she made us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious and the wait staff was great. Their service quality way exceeded their competition. Will be back.

Was offered complementary prosecco upon arrival which definitely added to the experience! Their peach Bellinis are delicious and strong, same with the champagne cocktail. The sushi was really good. The tuna poke bowl could’ve been more flavourful but I think it was only because I had the sushi first and it was incredible. Definitely would recommend!!
It is more a brasserie than a restaurant and I go there for a Birthday and we were a little bit disappointed
My friends and I were at Joeys Sherway last evening for a birthday celebration and I just want to commend the exceptional service we received from both Amanda and Olivia! From the moment we arrived Amanda was there to assist and help with our cake and balloon presentation. She was absolutely wonderful! Both women could not do enough for us! They were very attentive and it was an absolute pleasure having our birthday celebration at Joeys Sherway! Amanda and Olivia are true gems! Thank you!

Dear General Manager of Joey Sherway, While dining at an off peak hour, 4:15, our overall experience was subpar and not Joeys standards of service. While Rachael did her best, I was left feeling what has happened to this restaurant. Value was definitely not there anymore. An apple juice and a Sapporo took over 15 minutes to arrive and when the beer came it was very clear it sat at the bar too long, flat and dried out foam. As a party of 8, most of us really enjoyed our meals & we had a great server. I just miss the old Joey's. They've made some changes that were disappointing. You can't partake in Happy Hour if you eat in the dining area, the Happy Hour menu is very limited & l'm not impressed by the changes they've made to their main menu. This used to be a go to spot for me, not anymore.
Ordered blackened chicken and the chicken was cooked in used oil tasted disappointing. Ordered guacamole and no flavour whatsoever. The water glass literally had a lipstick stain on it! Will think four times before going again and wasting my time and money.
