Even though it was very busy it was great service. A little wait to be seated with a reservation but a great experience.

Other than it be very hot on the 2nd floor was a good experience and I’ll probably visit again.

We always love to visit Joeys for their Gyoza appetizer. Food is great. However, the restaurant should work on wait times . We waited 20 minutes and had a reservation.

Excellent experience, the person who was helping in was so busy we had to wait for bit times to order additional. Apart from that excellent experience and great food.
What a terrific setting for a catch up luncheon with a buddy! Super server Erika did a wonderful job of keeping us nourished over our slow wide ranging conversations. Great suggestions and zero fuss for a couple of substitutions (protecting a Paleo diet). Splitting the Lettuce Chicken wrap was a great start, nice to have a couple of choices of non-alcoholic beers. The biggest point for me to highlight is the honest, super friendly and positive Staff. My server was attentive, polite and professional, but then a mistake happened (that I didn't catch) with my bill. I didn't notice it until I got home (about 90 minutes or so away) so I called the restaurant, and they immediately recognized me by name and helped me correct the mistake both quickly and without protest. I find Joey's food is always fresh and good. Can’t go wrong with this place. Found the noise level quite high but it may have been because it was so noisy. Our server was outstanding
