Staff was incredible in navigating the World Cup final crowds. We originally had a reso for 2pm but the group that had our table didn't leave while the game was on. Staff graciouslly offered to move the reso until the game ended, let our group of 8 watch the game in the bar area, and also got us a fantastic table on the patio. I have nothing but great things to say.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. Our waitress was attentive and prompt. Our food and drinks were delivered in good time. The food was hot, and the drinks were cold. The atmosphere was electric because it was the FIFA World Cup Final. Our seating position was beside the open patio doors, which was quite breezy. Our waitress provided my wife with a blanket, which was much appreciated. We would definitely return to this location again. Only negative: You don't have a Brunch menu...!
After mentioning a small issue we had while dining there, customer service reached out to me right away to make things right. They are really responsive to your concerns and want to make things right which is really appreciated. We will definitely return when we are back in Vancouver.
