Definitely under staffed. Our server didn’t even check on us one time. Asked for a spoon and never received for our entire dinner. Had to track down another server for our bill. Seemed very overwhelmed. Very busy and loud. Food was overall good.
I’ve reviewed this experience a few times. We had a small communication problem that led to an awkward payment/bill. I’m pretty sure the manager was Lana…if not…sorry. She was great!! As was our server Taylor. In fairness…sometimes things go wrong….Team Joey was awesome!!! See you tomorrow. See you on a quick trip to Edm…then see you again 2 days after. Cheers.

Another visit, another wonderful time! Andrea, our server, was attentive and extremely accommodating (after I inadvertently applied the hot sauce for the fish tacos to my salad thinking it was Catalina or French). All good. Staff are attentive and super friendly

Service is great and speedy but on busy weekend nights can sometimes be delayed. Food is always a hit here! Hummus, Mini Steak French Dips & Carpaccio have been my top favs. Bellinis are so delicious, I always finish them so fast. Can never go wrong with the Spaghetti Pomodoro! Staff are friendly and have done some complimentary desserts as a kind gesture a few times. I love coming to Shipyard’s location specially. For sure my go-to fancy dinner date spot on the North Shore!

Be sure to purchase enough time on your parking! This is my third time at this restaurant in the last couple of months. While the food is tasty and has been consistent, so too has been the poor service. Everybody that you come into contact with is amazingly friendly and welcoming, but all times that we were there the dining experience took almost 2 hours (2 people dining).
