I brought my client/friend for her first time to Joeys on Tuesday. Joey Shipyards is consistently excellent; very good food quality and execution. Eat here...you probably won't be disappointed...in fact you might be impressed! Joey's for me is like an extension of my kitchen, I always have the urge to say "what's for dinner chef". The food is always delicious and there is variety. The kitchen also has the means to support those with allergies, which is really nice. The bar serves up a mean cocktail! Joey's shipyards is I think my favourite because the view looking out towards Vancouver is magical and does not disappoint. Thank you to Sally and the team for a wonderful Thursday evening.
Great meal for good value and even got a free desert because it was date night! We love Joey Shipyards!

From the complementary bubbles upon our arrival to wishing the night would never end our dining experience was exceptional. It was a busy evening and yet we never felt rushed. Our waitress maintained a positive attitude and excellent communication skills as did all staff we engaged with. We ordered the steak and lobster spaghetti - what a culinary delight. We love going to Shipyards however our most recent visit was a bit disappointing. The waiter didn’t know we had received our food even tho we told him twice we had. He had such a hard doing our bill as well and it took forever to settle up. Not like other experiences.

large 6 inch rat as we were on open patio ran out on the side near our table which caused a bit of a thing.... staff doing clean up were too eager - taking our plates away when hardly finished or not finished or not both finished..this is intrusive and not dining... so my daughter asked them 2x not to take her plate away as I was still eating and enjoying and we don't usually clear plates till all are done for dining. food was great - another amazing night - thank you. they appeared to have gifted us the dessert possibly due... read more
