What a great experience! Not only is Dr. Lord detail oriented, making sure you understand what he's saying (he gave me explicit written directions so I would remember), he is a skilled listener who requests patient feedback so he can improve care for that person and for other patients. I would guess he gets diagnoses and treatments right the first time more often than not because his listening skills and welcoming spirit work so well together. Kudos to staff also - everyone on the team was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lord usually does more than I ask of him and is always interested in enhancing my wellbeing. He has removed callouses with great skil and helped me to deal with treating toenail fungus.

After a thorough exam of my foot and x-rays, the doctor was able to give me great advice on how to get moving around again without pain. He was able to explain what was causing my pain and get me on the road to recovery.
