Worked through the problem with me. Explained the pros and cons when asked
Dr. Lord was all around amazing when we went in to see him for my daughter's follow up visit. He took his time with her, he explained things on her level so as to make her feel included in the conversation, and he also answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently (and we had quite a few!). He had a wonderful demeanor, and was very polite and genuine in his kindness. HIGHLY recommend!
While I had a simple issue, he did great job explaining and not trying to upsell or showoff how smart he is. He was respectful of my expenses and time related to obtaining orthotics ang good quality shoes. I can easily recommend him to family and friends.
Due to some new issues, Dr. Lord quickly made an appointment to check out my new issues with both feet. He examined my feet and assessed the issues, created an update protocol plan and gave me some new exercise recommendations. I appreciate his direct, concise and attentive demeanor to all of my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Lord.
Since my first appointment I have been nothing but impressed! Patient care is superior, he has time, over the board knowledge, and great patience, and I highly recommend him and his staff and trust him implicitly!!
Very clear and concise with what I needed to do to improve my feet.
I chose Dr Lord based on reviews that said he takes the time to really explain what's going on with foot health and how to maximize healing and regain healthy function using proper shoes and other changes. I will concur that this is my experience. I regret not recording our conversation because Dr Lord presented so much great information.
