Dr. LORD was very thorough. He explained my plantar fasciitis in detail. Told me what to do to help with the pain. I had never had a dr. to go in depth how to relieve the pain.
Dr Lord was thorough in explaining my progression from inception of injury to now. He wrote a plan that is designed to successfully get me back to normal and answered my questions to my satisfaction.
My visits to Dr. Lord are always informative. He is kind, thoughtful and thorough. He spends the time necessary to examine my current foot condition and to educate me. His treatment decisions have always been helpful. I will continue to see him as needed.
Dr Lord was my godsend. My feet felt like I had continuous socks on when I didn't. I had no symptoms. I was going out of my mind trying to self diagnose myself. When I went to Dr Lord and explain my problem, he knew right away what was going on with me. I wasn't wearing heels like I used to, so my feet had fallen arches. I have made several visits, every visit was a great experience. He took care of my foot pain every single time and sent me home in better condition.
Dr. Lord was simply awesome. He was methodical in determining what was causing my foot pain, and he took great care in assessing each point of my feet to determine pain and mobility. He carefully explained everything that he diagnosed and gave me a far greater understanding of my issues than previous physicians had ever done. He was very pleasant and did not make me feel dumb about the problems with my feet.
Fantastic podiatrist! Dr. Lord was fully focused on diagnosing my issue, which he found to be Achilles insertional tendonisis. He then patiently explained to me the cause and treatment plan. I was able to figure out how I was agitating the tendon after he provided me with this information. So grateful, as my symptoms were thought to be gout for the last year or so.
Dr Lord did an outstanding job of educating me on my ankle condition and steps I need to follow to have a 100 percent recovery. Highly recommend Dr. Lord. He was very patient with me and addressed all of my concerns. Excellent session.
Dr. Lord took time to teach me exercises that will strengthen my arch to prevent my increasing foot issue.
