Dr Lord was very thorough. My feet felt 100% better after he worked on them.
Dr. Lord was friendly, professional and clearly knows the profession. He was efficient and caring. I am comfortable with his diagnosis and will continue to see him for future appointments as needed.
Dr Lord took the time to explain what the problems were and answered every question to inform me on treatment to get well. He expressed views on options and gave recommendation based on a back and forth conversation. Highly recommend

Dr Lord gave me time to explain my pain issues and did a thorough exam. He explained what is happening to cause my pain and offered several possible solutions. Together we decided which alternative to try first. He is friendly and caring. I know I can call on him to help me manage my foot pain.

Dr. Lord was all around amazing when we went in to see him for my daughter's follow up visit. He took his time with her, he explained things on her level so as to make her feel included in the conversation, and he also answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently (and we had quite a few!). He had a wonderful demeanor, and was very polite and genuine in his kindness. HIGHLY recommend!
While I had a simple issue, he did great job explaining and not trying to upsell or showoff how smart he is. He was respectful of my expenses and time related to obtaining orthotics ang good quality shoes. I can easily recommend him to family and friends.
