Excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment for consultation and plan of treatment with Dr Lord the same week I called, as I was willing to travel a small distance to his Raleigh location (he offers care at more than one location). I’ve seen Dr. Lord for multiple issues over the years, including multiple hairline fractures, and he’s always taken the time needed to answer my questions, address the issues and takes the time to determine what is causing the issue. I also like that he gives options of treatment and listens to concerns.

Dr. Lord was genial, listened carefully, and gave me a thoughtful and thorough explanation of what he thought my problem and potential solution might be. He also took care to offer non-medicinal corrective actions such as lifestyle adjustments. I am very pleased with his help.

Dr. Lord was very helpful in explaining the issues with my feet and giving recommendations for getting my feet healthy. He explained in terms easy to comprehend. He was very cordial and made sure I understood the treatment. And he wrote everything down I needed to know! I highly recommend anyone with foot issues plan a visit with him.
