Mr. Shawn did a Great-Service. First in finding the Problem with the Hot-Water-Heating-System, and then, Returning and Correcting The Problem. . He was Just like Santa Clause- --- He Spoke Not A Word But Went Straight To His Work. -- He Fixed The Heat Problem and said " OK You Have Heat Now". Please Say THANK YOU again to Mr. Shawn .

Had a water heater replaced by John Nugent & Sons and the experience couldn't have been better. I got quick service, wonderful work quality, and professional installation. Installer was friendly and also cleaned up everything, removed old water heater, and left me a new, better functioning water heater in a quick turn-around from my request date.
