Had an unexpected plumbing emergency - Nugent & Sons were at my house less than 30 minutes from the time I called in the office. RL knew exactly what caused the leak and fixed it in no time. Now that’s customer service. If you want the best, then look no further!
I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment on Saturday morning. Jason, the technician, assessed the problem quickly and had all the spare parts and equipment on the truck to fix everything on the spot. He kept me informed at each stage as to what he needed fixing and how much it would cost. In about an hour he had replaced the capacitor, topped up the antifreeze in the compressor, and topped up the water in the ground loop.
The technician was punctual, explained his work and keep me informed on every step. Plus he made recommendations going forward. I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend Nugent & Sons.
An inspector failed my water heater installation based on an inconsequential comment and an erroneous comment - NO CODE VIOLATIONS. The Nugent tech was professional and deferent to the inspectors wishes and went above and beyond to accommodate.
Vladimir was great, worked very diligently in the pouring rain and explained everything clearly.
I have been with John Nugent for my HVAC, electrical, & plumbing needs since January. My experience from beginning to end, in all cases, has been excellent.
