We were greeted in entrance to the store. Gary listened to what type of recliners we were interested in. He explained the variety of recliners via brand and mechanics. We did order two recliners. The process was professional and we definitely were pleased with Gary Delio. We will return for future items we will need.

Ken, your designer, was very good. He helped us so much, and because of him, we were able to order a couch that will work for us. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. No one else had helped us like him, including other staff.

The gentleman that assisted us in getting a sofa was very helpful. He was very professional and let us look around without pressuring us into buying (like other furniture stores I’ve been). I would give our sales guy 6 stars if it went that high.
