He worked out a pick up for me at another store, and followed through with the manager of that location to give me a fantastic deal on some very high quality furniture. John V. The design consultant, Ken, was extremely helpful in drawing a plan that worked for my living room space. So very, very talented. Made the process fun! . My sales associate , Jamie ,also was very good at bringing options for furniture choices and shared a history of each manufacturer --- she is very experienced and I appreciate that.
