A dealership is only as good as it’s employees and Kevin Cutler at Johnson City Ford in TN is the gentleman to work with. The only hiccup purchasing the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands was a protection package. I was advised when I ordered the Bronco (1/21/22) I could decline the package when I picked up the vehicle (6/1/22). That was not the case BUT quickly resolved. Thank you Kevin for all your help!
Michael was awesome! He introduced himself and realized that we just wanted to price things and then gave us space so we didnt feel pressured. We realized we wanted to look a little more in depth and then went to get the keys for us. Turns out we loved it and come home with it that night. Matt and everyone inside was nice and made us feel like people and not a paycheck for them. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!
