RecommendedThe ability to make service appointments. And service writers get you in asap even without an appointment. They are easy with which to work. Last year my truck engine began burning excessive oil. JC Ford worked with the warranty co. and I was able to receive a new OEM engine which they installed. I’ve had no further issues.

RecommendedI had a couple of recalls and the 7 year warranty inspection done on my truck. They have the maintenance experience down to a science. I pulled right in and the service advisor stepped right up and got the required information and had my truck moving to the service bay in about 2 minutes. He updated me along the way and had me finished and out the door in less time than expected. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend!
