"Brittany was my consultant in the service Dept. She was..." Brittany was my consultant in the service Dept. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful (as well as the lady that greeted me and drove my car back). I was the first apt of the day, and waited on my vehicle. She knew I was in a hurry due to getting to work, so they got me in and out pretty quickmy, even though we added some additional services to my car. The waiting room was very clean and spaced out. All the workers wore masks and gloves, plus they had shields at their desks, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only complaint- The TV and radio was way too loud in the waiting areas and needs to be turned down (& in the drop off area). Great job!

He was excellent, and treated me like family, and answered all of my questions in a polite and professional manner and in terms that I could understand; which was awesome. Not only were my needs met, they Surpassed my expectations yet again, especially since I did not originally purchase my car from the Johnson City dealership.
